The asset is located in the heart of Rotterdam, right next to the popular Cinerama theatre and 2 minutes walk away from the popular 'Witte de Wit' street. The strategic location of the property enables a variety of possibilities for commercial and residential redevelopment.
THE ASSET
The asset was built in the 60's and measures 5,000 SqM distributed on 7 floors and an underground basement.
STRATEGY
The office building was acquired in 2021. An irrevocable permit for transforming the office building into 98 residential units was obtained early 2024. The residential units were sold on a turnkey basis and completion is scheduled for Q4 2026.
