LOCATION
The asset is located in the very center of Madrid, a few meters away from the pedestrian Fuencarral shopping street, connecting the trendy neighborhoods of Malasaña and Chueca/Justicia.
THE ASSET
The property was built in 1900 and consists of 12 residential and 2 retail units distributed over six floors.
Three residential units and one retail unit are already vacant, accelerating the start of refurbishment.
STRATEGY
Property acquired in Q2 2019. As leases gradually expire, we aim to refurbish the flats and convert the retail units into residential lofts.
As each unit is refurbished, we will sell to end buyers, allowing for revenues to decrease invested capital.
