CHARLESTONE, SC - residential community located on 12.6 acres in the highly desirable West Ashley submarket of Charleston. The property is in close proximity to numerous employment centers, restaurants, retailers and entertainment options. Acquired in 2015.

MYRTLE BEACH, SC - A Class A multi-family community, approximately 10 acres of vacant land were used for the development of 168 additional apartment units. Project completed end of year 2015. Managed by Graycliff Capital

SIENNA PLANTATION
HOUSTON, TX - A multi-family property and part of Sienna Plantation, a master-planned community that includes over 20,000 homes, an 18-hole golf course, 36 parks and playgrounds, a 160-acre sports complex and the largest private water park in Texas. Built in 2007.

CHARLESTONE, SC - A residential community located on 6.28 acres in the West Ashley submarket of Charleston. The property is in close proximity to prime retail and office districts, 10 minutes from downtown Charleston. Property purchased in conjunction with Planters Trace.
