LOCATION
The property consists of two buildings located in the residential Prinsenland district of north-east Rotterdam, near the Kralingse lake and surrounding parks and public amenities, a 20-minute drive from the city center.
THE ASSET
The properties were constructed in the late 80’s and measure 4,750 leasable SqM, distributed among a 4-floor and a 2-floor building on each side of Michelangelostraat.
The two buildings currently comprise 30 office units, most of which are leased, along with 105 private parking spaces.
STRATEGY
Property acquired in Q3 2018, disposition expected after processing a change of use to residential and approval of architecture plans, followed by the sale of a ready-to-build prime residential project. In the meantime, the property will continue to generate income from the existing office leases, which will be distributed to our investors.
