LOCATION
Jardin Saint-Jacques is a mid-range condominium project located in the new South-West Area of Downtown Montreal. This $7 million project was completed and delivered in 2012.

The asset encompasses a total surface of approximately 1,700 sqm, and consists of 22 residential units and one commercial unit.
STRATEGY
Lot acquired in Q2 2010, construction was completed and units were delivered in Q3 2012.
