The asset is located in the heart of Rotterdam, across the street from the Erasmus University Medical Center and the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, in a popular area with many shops, restaurants, museums and entertainment venues.
THE ASSET
The asset was built in the late 70's and measures 5,900 SqM distributed among two wings of 4 and 8 floors, respectively. We have acquired a building permit allowing for an additional 1,800 buildable SqM.
STRATEGY
Property acquired in Q1 2018, disposition expected after conversion of the office space into 99 residential units and corresponding parking spaces for rent.
We also project the construction of 12 single-home units behind the existing building.
