Itamar Gueron
Director, Investor Relations
Mr. Gueron is the founder of Sula Capital and currently serves as its Managing Director. His primary responsibilities include investment analysis, investor relations and fundraising. Mr. Gueron has extensive experience in sourcing, negotiating, structuring, financing, and closing private equity transactions. Prior to Joining Era Capital, Mr. Gueron was Partner and the head of M&A and Capital Markets at Portofino. Mr. Gueron holds an LL.B and a BA in Business Administration from IDC. Mr. Gueron was one of the founders and serves as the chairman of the Alumni association of elite unit in the Israeli Defense Forces.
